Facility Box was born from a simple observation: property managers across Africa spend countless hours dealing with unstructured WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and emotional confrontations from tenants reporting issues.
We watched as dedicated property managers struggled to keep track of building issues, respond to emergencies, and prove their value to landlords—all while juggling multiple communication channels and paper records.
We knew there had to be a better way. A way that would give tenants an easy, non-confrontational method to report issues, give property managers organized workflows and analytics, and give portfolio managers complete visibility into their operations.
